Is Healing House Clinic a spa or massage center?

No, Healing House Clinic and Academy is a licensed medical facility specializing in traditional Chinese medicine and complementary treatements. We do not offer spa services, massages, or any non-medical treatments.

What is acupuncture, and what conditions does it treat?

Acupuncture is a clinical procedure where sterile, thin needles are inserted into specific points on the body to treat conditions like chronic pain, stress, emotional imbalances and many other conditions. It is performed by certified practitioners using professional diagnostics, such as pulse and tongue analysis.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website’s "Treatments & Products" page, by calling our clinic, or visiting us in Pondicherry.

Can we choose the treatments by ourself?

No. You have to consult with the TCM specialist first at the clinic. Only after the diagnosis, treatment plan will be created.

What is the booking fees?

Booking fees is the consultation fee. It is non refundable. But if you go throught any treatment at the clinic then this booking fees is discounted from the treatment cost.
