Our Treatments
Acupunctre Treatment
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. The goal is to stimulate and balance the flow of vital energy, known as "Qi," within the body's meridian pathways. This evidence-based therapy targets chronic pain, stress, and emotional imbalances by stimulating key areas, as determined through professional pulse and tongue diagnostics. It is a non-invasive treatment focused on pain relief and health restoration, performed in a professional clinic setting
Cupping Treatment
Cupping treatment is a clinical procedure used in traditional Chinese medicine, where licensed practitioners place sterile suction cups on specific areas of the skin to create controlled suction. This medical technique enhances blood circulation and relieves muscle tension to treat conditions like chronic pain and stiffness. Conducted in a professional clinic setting, it uses glass or silicone cups that remain stationary during treatment. Temporary circular marks may appear due to increased blood flow to the skin’s surface. This evidence-based therapy is strictly for medical purposes, focusing on pain management and physical health restoration.

Sound Healing (in group)
Sound healing is a practice rooted in ancient traditions (especially from the Himalayas/Tibet and India). It uses instruments like Tibetan singing bowls to produce resonant sounds and vibrations that promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and support overall well-being. Participants typically lie down in a "sound bath," allowing the sounds to wash over and through them. Benefits include Reduced anxiety and tension, better sleep, pain relief, enhanced meditation and mindfulness, less stress.
Ayurvedic Oil Therapy - For Body Aches & Imbalances
It is a proper treatment designed to help with real issues like muscle tension, body aches, stiffness, and everyday pains. We start by picking warm, herb-infused oils that match your specific needs, your body type, where the pain is, and what’s out of balance, so it works right where you are hurt.
Our trained therapists use steady, flowing strokes to loosen tight spots, boost circulation, ease inflammation, release built-up tension, and support your body’s natural healing.

Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. It aims to improve circulation, and support overall wellness by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes. This non-invasive technique is ideal for reducing stress, alleviating pain, and enhancing balance.

Haijama/Bleeding cupping
Hijama/blood cupping, also known as wet cupping, is a traditional therapeutic practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, followed by making small incisions to draw out a small amount of blood. This technique is to remove toxins, improve blood circulation, and alleviate pain or inflammation. The process typically includes applying suction cups, creating light cuts, and reapplying the cups to extract blood, aiming to balance the body’s energy and promote healing.
ION Foot Detox
ION foot detox, also known as an ionic foot bath, is a treatment that involves soaking your feet in a tub of warm water with a small amount of salt, where a device generates a low-level electrical current to produce positive and negative ions. At Healing House Clinic, this process is intended to support the body’s natural detoxification by drawing out impurities through the feet, which are rich in pores and nerve endings. Sessions typically last 30 minutes and are non-invasive, making them a gentle option for those seeking a holistic detox experience.

Vacuum Therapy (Sliding Cupping)
This is cupping with movement. We use a special vacuum tool that glides smoothly over oiled skin instead of staying in one spot.
It feels like a deep, reverse massage: the suction lifts the skin and tissues just enough to get things moving underneath. This helps kickstart lymphatic drainage (so your body flushes out extra fluid and waste better), boosts circulation, loosens up tight spots.

Flower Remedy
Bach flower remedies are a form of alternative medicine developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century. These remedies are based on the idea that certain flowers and plants contain healing properties that can positively influence emotional well-being. Dr. Bach identified 38 flower essences, each associated with specific emotional states or personality traits. The remedies are designed to address emotional imbalances or negative feelings, such as fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence.
The flower essences are typically diluted in water and taken orally. Users may choose remedies based on their emotional needs, and the goal is to restore emotional harmony, leading to overall health and wellness.

Sound Healing
Your body is 60% water—and sound travels beautifully through water. Tibetan singing bowls create deep, resonant vibrations that ripple right into your cells, helping shift stuck energy and re-tune your natural frequency.
These gentle waves can:
- Ease physical pain and tension
- Release built-up stress or emotional heaviness
- Calm the nervous system and quiet the mind
- Leave you feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply refreshed
You simply lie back while the sounds do the work—no effort needed. Many people feel the vibrations reach places nothing else touches, bringing a real sense of reset and harmony.
It’s natural, profound, and often surprisingly moving.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion (or moxa therapy) is an ancient healing technique where we burn dried mugwort (moxa) close to the skin or right on acupuncture points to send gentle, deep warmth into your body. Often combined with acupuncture needles, it goes straight to the root cause, warming from the inside out, expelling cold and dampness, and restoring balance where things feel stuck or weak.
This helps with a lot of common issues people come to us for:
- Amenorrhea (bringing back regular periods)
- Back pain and other body aches
- Stopping pain
- Balancing digestion and tonifying your overall body health
- Drying out excess humidity (that heavy, damp feeling)
- Insomnia
- Cold feet and hands
- Even support for diabetes management
The heat from the moxa cone or stick (like you see in the photo, sometimes placed on a slice or spoon for comfort) penetrates deeply, boosts circulation, strengthens your yang energy, and helps your body heal itself naturally. It's especially good if you feel chronically cold, tired, or like things just aren't moving right.
