Acupunctre Treatment

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. The goal is to stimulate and balance the flow of vital energy, known as "Qi," within the body's meridian pathways. By manipulating these energy channels, acupuncture promotes healing, alleviate pain, and restore the body's natural balance.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a traditional healing technique that involves placing suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum, drawing the skin and superficial muscle layer into the cup. This process increase blood flow, promote healing, and release tension in the treated area. Cupping is often used for pain relief, muscle stiffness, and promoting overall well-being. The cups can be made of glass, silicone, or bamboo, and they may be stationary or moved across the skin in a massage-like fashion. The characteristic circular marks or bruising that may appear after cupping are temporary and are a result of the suction pulling blood to the surface of the skin. Cupping therapy is employed in various traditional medicine systems, including Chinese medicine and Middle Eastern practices.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) near specific acupuncture points on the body. The dried mugwort is often compressed into a stick or cone, known as a moxa stick, which is then ignited and held close to the skin or used indirectly above the skin. The heat generated by moxibustion is to stimulate circulation, promote the flow of vital energy (Qi), and balance the body's Yin and Yang. This therapy is often used in conjunction with acupuncture to address various health concerns, such as pain, digestive issues, and promoting general well-being. Moxibustion can take different forms, including direct, indirect, or even smokeless methods, and is considered a complementary therapy within the realm of traditional East Asian medicine.

Flower Remedy

Bach flower remedies are a form of alternative medicine developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century. These remedies are based on the idea that certain flowers and plants contain healing properties that can positively influence emotional well-being. Dr. Bach identified 38 flower essences, each associated with specific emotional states or personality traits. The remedies are designed to address emotional imbalances or negative feelings, such as fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence.

The flower essences are typically diluted in water and taken orally. Users may choose remedies based on their emotional needs, and the goal is to restore emotional harmony, leading to overall health and wellness.

Chromo Therapy

Chromo therapy is a holistic healing practice that involves the use of colors to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Different colors have specific vibrational frequencies that can affect the body and mind. Color therapy suggest that exposure to certain colors can balance energy, alleviate symptoms, and contribute to overall health.

Gua Sha / Scraping theraping

Gua sha therapy is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves scraping or rubbing the skin with a flat, smooth-edged instrument. The term "gua sha" translates to "scraping sand" in Chinese, as the therapy often produces redness, called petechiae or "sha," on the skin. This practice is to promote the flow of Qi (vital energy) and blood, releasing tension, and resolving stagnation in the body.
